I am a Data Analyst and transport planner/Engineer with 13 years of hands-on experience in big data analysis, Transport, and traffic studies across 3 continents I worked in UAE, Sweden, Sudan, and Ethiopia. Worked along with Government, consultancy, and NGO (African Union).

Degrees

•  MSc. in Transportation and Geo-visualization from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden).
•  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Sudan).
• Certificate from Google in Data Analytics. 

Experience 

I worked with both strategic development planning departments (SL - Sweden)  traffic operational center (RTA - Dubai) and Rail projects (Etihad Rail - Abu Dhabi) ; my tasks focused on optimizing the transit assignment model, applying various policies in the public transportation network, and measuring their impact on commuters and performance, capacity, and revenues, addressing problems like congestion and crowding, scheduling, fleet management and Big data uses cases, through developing methods based on statistical analysis, machine learning models, network modeling, computer simulation, and optimization approaches. 

My current focus includes:

• Data-Driven analysis based on Real-Time Data 
• Data-driven decisions in mobility management. 
• Dynamic analysis of transit models. 
• Spatial data analysis.
• Network Optimization (Including fleet and schedule time)
